The Financial Assistance Division of the Clay County Social Services Department provides financial assistance through a variety of programs.  Persons must fill out a formal application to have eligibility determined.  The Child Support, Fraud and Collections Division provides an array of services to assist families in achieving economic self-sufficiency.
