 The Recorder

The Recorder is the newsletter published by J. Bonnie Rehder, Clay County Recorder's Office, to inform the public of changes in procedures and policies relating to real estate recording, UCC filing, vital statistics, passports and other services provided through the Clay County Recorder's Office.  Issues also include related news and information the public may find helpful.
