1. Requesting a job application to be mailed or faxed to you by contacting the Human Resources Office at 218.299.5002.

2. Picking up an application at our office at 807 11th Street North, Moorhead, MN  56560.

Please return the job application to our office by the closing date. Applications are accepted if postmarked by the closing date.
