The Department of Corrections/Clay County Probation provides probation and supervised release services to all juvenile and adult misdemeanor/gross misdemeanor offenders of Clay County.  Supervision of these offenders may include, but is not limited to:  case management, monitoring of fine payments and community service work, collection of restitution and referrals to agencies that can provide specific help in other areas.
