The Administrative
Staff maintains
the records and data collected by the agency and disseminates crime data to local, state, and
federal agencies according to federal law and the Minnesota Government
Data Practices Act and releases public and other data, as requested, as
allowed under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Information regarding the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Departmental Policy and the release of data is available at the Sheriff's Office for review during regular business hours. |
