Services to Children with Disabilities

Services include administrative functions including intake, eligibility determinations and reviews, service authorization, conciliations and appeals.  Case management service activities include:  coordination of assessments of functional skills and needs of the child; the development, review and revision of individual service plans; assisting the child to assess services; coordination of service delivery; and monitoring and evaluation of the outcomes of services.
