CodeRED® Emergency Notification System Emergency Management

Clay County has implemented the CodeRED® Emergency Notification System - an ultra high-speed telephone communication service.  This system allows us to telephone all or affected areas of the County in case of an emergency situation. The CodeRED® System delivers customized prerecorded messages directly to homes and businesses, to a person or to an answering machine. 

Sign Up to Be Included!

In order to be notified via the CodeRED® System, your phone number must be included in the telephone database for the system.  This can include business, unlisted, and cell numbers, as well.  To assure your phone numbers are included, sign up below.

Note:  The links below takes you to the registration page for residents.  If you wish to register a business, click on the white and gray button ('Switch to Business Data') on the right side of the resident page.
