Activity Report

The Activity Report is produced by the Recorder’s Office for subscribers. The report is created each week and lists all transfers, mortgages, miscellaneous liens, satisfactions, tax liens, and release of tax liens.

The Recorder’s Office is not mandated to produce an Activity Report, but does this as a service to subscribers. To improve this service, the County Board suggested use of the county web site so the report will be available faster, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Annual Subscription Fee

Special Request Fee

Access to on-line weekly Activity Reports using a User Name and Password (based on a January through December calendar year).

To subscribe to the Activity Report using the annual plan, contact the Clay County Recorder to receive simple instructions, a user name and a password.

Note: If you don’t have Internet access, the Recorder’s Office can mail the Activity Report weekly.

Special request Activity Reports will be e-mailed to you.

To request an Activity Report contact the Clay County Recorder.

Laredo is a software program used to access real estate records on-line for a monthly fee. Laredo has it’s own user name and password. If you are a Laredo user you can search using date ranges and search groups to find the real estate information listed in the Activity Report.

The weekly Activity Reports are available below in the Portable Document Format (PDF) for annual subscribers. To view and print the PDF version, you need the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader software.
