The Clay County Planning and Zoning Office is the repository for the National Flood Insurance Program's Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM), as well as flood boundary and floodway maps for rural Clay County.  The Planning and Zoning Office can assist County residents in determining whether their property is affected by an officially mapped flood area.  Contact the Clay County Planning and Zoning Office and provide the location of your property and the office will, if possible, provide a determination for you.
