Report the Following to the Highway Department   Illicit discharge into county ditches or storm sewers Construction site sediment issues and violations Please call or e-mail the Clay County Highway Department at: 218.299.5099 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or 218.299.5151 after business hours
