Motor vehicle registration renewal is available on-line or at the local Department of Motor Vehicles.

On-line Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal

To renew your motor vehicle registration at your local Department of Motor Vehicles:

Submit a completed renewal notice.

If you do not have the renewal notice, provide:

	the license plate number
	a certificate of title or prior year's registration card
	proper identification

Note:  By making application, the applicant attests that the vehicle will be insured when operated on Minnesota streets and highways.
