Prorate - Renewals

For prorate renewals:

	Verify vehicles listed on the renewal.
	Add vehicle information for vehicles not listed on the renewal.  Note:  vehicles added after November 1 will not be printed on the renewal printouts.
	Follow instructions on your renewal to add, delete and make any weight changes.
	Report the actual mileage for all vehicles registered in the fleet.
	An IFTA license application or fuel exemption form is required with each renewal submitted.  The exemption form must indicate: the name the account number base state of the carrier responsible for fuel reporting
