Off-road Vehicle (ORV) License & Registration

Licensing & Registration

Off-road vehicles are motorized recreational vehicles capable of cross-country travel on natural terrain, with an engine displacement of more than 800 cubic centimeters or total dry weight of more than 800 pounds.  

To obtain ORV license and registration, the owner must provide:

	his/her driver's license number
	ORV year
	ORV make
	ORV model
	ORV vehicle identification number
	ORV registration number (if already registered)

An ORV license is valid for three years.
