Providing information regarding victim/witness rights;

Facilitating contact with other agencies within the criminal justice system;

Providing information regarding hearing dates and scheduling changes;

Securing a safe waiting area in the Courthouse;  

Resolving matters related to restitution and the return of property; and

Assisting those intimidated by the defendant.
