 Clay County Land Development Ordinance (PDF:  6.8 MB / 165 pages):  Zoning and Subdivision Regulations have been revised and adopted as of March 13, 2012 but is awaiting incorporation into the Sterling Codifiers, Inc. database.  The code is, however, effective March 13, 2012.
