The Clay County Courthouse is a 'secure'
building.
The general public will enter the Courthouse through the Main (East) entrance. The North
and South entrances are locked. A security check point is permanently
established at the Main entrance. 'Security' includes a
deputy-monitored station and a walk-thru metal detector.
Please note:
Cell phones,
pagers, cameras, pocket knives, etc. are not allowed past the security check
point. We apologize for this inconvenience.
